Returns & Care

At The Sunday Pantry, each order is prepared in small batches and packed with intention.

Because our products are food-based, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. This ensures every item you receive is handled with the highest level of care, quality, and safety.


If Something Isn’t Quite Right

We want your order to arrive exactly as it should.

If something feels off — whether an item has been damaged in transit or your order isn’t quite as expected — please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@thesundaypantry.com.au.

Including your order number and a photo helps us resolve things quickly.

From there, we’ll take care of it — whether that means a replacement or a refund.


A Note on Returns

As our products are perishable and made to be enjoyed fresh, we’re unable to accept returns on:

  • Baking kits and food items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Custom or personalised orders

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow a little extra time for your bank or card provider to finalise the transaction.
