From time to time, we may offer select items as subscriptions or pre-orders.
This section outlines how these purchases work.
Subscriptions
If you choose to purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency selected at checkout.
Your payment method will be securely stored and charged prior to each scheduled delivery, unless you have paid in advance.
You can manage, update, or cancel your subscription at any time using the link provided in your order confirmation email.
Changes or cancellations will apply to future deliveries.

Pre-Orders
Occasionally, we release products for pre-order ahead of availability.
When placing a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is not yet ready for dispatch.
Payment may be taken in full or authorised at the time of purchase, with orders fulfilled at a later date once stock becomes available.
If you wish to cancel a pre-order, you may do so at any time prior to dispatch.
Once a pre-order has been processed and shipped, it is treated as a standard order and is subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

As many of our products are prepared in small batches, subscriptions and pre-orders may occasionally be limited or adjusted based on availability.
